2009 Oregon 4-H Horse Study

Information for 4-H Horse Leaders and Members

The Oregon 4-H program is conducting a statewide study of 4-H horse leaders and members over age 13. This is one of the first research projects in the country to look at the impact of participation in horse 4-H on youth. Mary Arnold, 4-H youth development specialist at OSU, is leading the study and she is very excited about the project. The results of this study will be groundbreaking in 4-H!

BUT!!! The study can’t happen without your help. It is really important that as many people participate as possible. See below for how you can help!
