Outdoor Education and Recreation

The Oregon 4-H Outdoor Education & Recreation
Program (O4-HOER) is education ‘in,’ ‘about,’ and ‘for’ the out-of-doors.
Project areas like shooting sports, sport fishing, ATV, and challenge and
adventure are designed to connect and in some ways reconnect youth and adults
to the practices, customs, and shared
beliefs of the outdoors that are part of our common culture.

GOAL: 5,000 enrolled youth in 5 years
